first download skin tool kitmake your skin in my case crazy tripper!
then press save it will say do you want to upload to Minecraft skins .net? press no
the it will say old or new form press new then put in downloads then go to Minecraft PE and press options then press skins then brows or custom then the download file then press your custom skin then brows or custom then there it is your custom skin but when you download your skin from the took kit wait a hour or two to get the skin on the download file to make sure you have the skin on go to a survival game and check your armor :)
